have to have an injury to benefit from Sport & Remedial Massage.
Prevention is better than cure and a regular session can maintain
and promote your body’s’ optimum health. Sport & Remedial
massage is not beneficial for just specific problems but also an
excellent treatment for general wellbeing and relaxation. If you
find yourself dependent on pain killers for general aches and pains
or headaches for example, a regular massage can reduce or remove
